foolish.

So i've come to the conclusion...ive been battling: should i? shouldn't i? do i have time? will i practice? am i too old?

but its decided.

im starting piano lessons again. im a FOOL for quitting. fool. i was like 13 and decided i was too cool or something like that. now i regret it big time.
i've been looking into Family Music, and a few other places. They are decent priced and i only want lessons once a week...maybe twice sometimes...
then i figured i should ask around because i know there are a lot of talented piano players out there, and maybe they are lookin for a few extra 20$ dolla bills a week?
if you know of anyone interested could you shoot em my way?

so my birthday was so awesome. i like being 21. its one birthday where i actually feel different. i guess i just feel older, and smarter, and more responsible or something. i like it. hahaha

my favorite part of the day was going shopping with my mom and niece at nordys. i need to take my niece shopping with me more often...
"oh thats so cute", "you look good leah" hahahah, she's the best.
and i loved dinner with all my fam at outback. i have the best family! :)

recent discoveries.

so i there is this app called Square that i am pretty sure will be my new best friend. it is SO cool. I have a little "square" that plugs into my iphone and it is a credit/debit card swipe. it has no monthly charges, no service fees, just 2.75% percent of all the transactions i make. baller right? so now instead of being charged like 5 bucks to use my salons machine...i have my very own merchant account on my phone and the amount is automatically deposited into my checking account at the end of the day. im so excited! the things people come up with these days. so crazy. i have a feeling it is gonna change the way people use craigslist and ebay...but also for small business owners, hair dressers, really anybody selling products. its sooo cool.



also im not much of an Aveda freak, but this stuff is soooo good. "beautifying composition oil". I use it on dry scalp, hair skin everything. and it doesn't make it oily, it absorbs right into you're scalp hair or skin. and it smells SO good. i love it.

bahama mama.

im gonna make this short and sweet. because well, my trip to the Bahamas was unfortunately short...but very sweet. i wish it could have been a week instead of 3 days. but i cant complain. ill take what i can get. about a month ago me and some friends talking and decided we should get serious about going on a cruise because we had been talking about it for a while. we got a pretty sweet deal i think.
basically we chilled on the beach. ate fancy dinners, rode jet skis, discovered the beautiful Atlantis resort, drank coco locos (minus the loco part i guess), watched movies, napped, and giggled a lot.

i have really cute friends. i mean its pretty obvious that they are cute, but they are so fun, and whitty, and happy, and silly, and i love em.






so on a side note....
look how cute my nephew is in this pic...i think he looks like E.T. he's a keeper. :)
