I love Taylor Andrews!

I'm really starting to realize what a great school and family I belong to with Taylor Andrews! What other school has world renowned guest artists once a month!? This year we have had...Peter Mahoeny, Faatemah Ampey, Philip Wilson, Nicholas French, Geno Stampora, Yosh, Babek, Keith Bryce, Eric Fisher, Jake Garn, and others that I am forgetting! I have learned so much, and I'm so greatful I can learn from and watch such amazing artists! Today North American Hairstylist of the year and Vidal Sasson trained, PHILIP WILSON came to our school and announced he is joining forces with Larry, and is now part owner in Taylor Andrews!! I know this doesn't sound very exciting, but I'm so stoked!! He is amazing! He innovated the art of Free-form cutting, and he is so talented!!

Tonight was the best. I made my mom's Chili. it was DELISH, and then for FHE we carved pumpkins...Katelin and I carved Michael Jackson's face into ours...it didn't work out too well. You can see the idea though right?? hahahhh

4 months and counting...update...

Im a bad blogger. I need to update.

I went home this weekend. I LOVE VISITING HOME! I guess I've been a little homesick...so that was nice. I had a "wonderful" 3 hour visit at the dentist, and got my hair done!!! :)

So I'm set to be done with school mid-February and I cant wait!!! School has been great lately. I'm finally starting to be more comfortable with color and I'm feeling pretty good about my cuts. I guess I wont be totally comfortable till I'm in the salon without my Instructors checking everything off. :) but hey, that will be the day.

Provo life is just grand. hah! Im trying to make the best of it!! It's COLD. already. thank goodness it has only snowed once. I guess it could be worse.

Me and my girlfrannnnns at school today...their cute, and happy ALL the time. I love it. How could I be a downer or grumpy with their cute faces around me all day?

Mosquito Mayhem

So my roomate Mackenzie is a photography major here at BYU, and she is AMAZING. Look her work up on Flickr! Her name on it, is McKenzieGoff. Anyway, she took pics of Camille, Katelin and me on Saturday and they turned out so good! We went to Spanish Fork and found some pretty meadow. :) These girls are my best friends! Im so glad I have them. I have been so blessed by their example, and friendship.
